Guests dining at the Arid Club should be accompanied by an active Arid Club Member. To further assist you we have provided answers to frequently asked questions. If you need additional assistance please email info@aridclub.org or call / text 208-343-4631. We look forward to serving you!
Please be courteous of others when it comes to the use of cellular phones and electronic devices. Vocal phone conversations are not allowed in dining areas; please take advantage of our lobby, bar & lounge, and second floor commons area for these calls. Please be considerate of others and keep conversations to a minimum.
Attire in all areas of the club is relaxed, with the exception of Club Night. Members & guests are required to wear neat and clean Business Casual Attire in all common areas of the Clubhouse, including all main floor dining areas.
Business Casual Attire for men includes: collared shirts (dress shirt, golf shirt, button down or Polo), turtlenecks or sweaters, dress slacks and neat and clean denim or jeans. A coat and/or tie are optional.
Business Casual Attire for women includes: collared shirts, blouses, turtlenecks, sweaters, skirts, tailored pants, and neat and clean denim or jeans.
On Club Night, the 2nd Thursday of every month, the only difference is that jackets are required for men and ties are optional.
Inappropriate attire includes but is not limited to: tee shirts (tank tops, halter tops, crop tops), sandals (beach sandals, Birkenstocks, flip-flops), athletic wear (sweatpants, sweatshirts, jogging suits, yoga pants), torn clothing (holed or ragged clothing of any type), any clothing with offensive or profane language or provocative or revealing clothing.
Summer Dress Code. Between Memorial Day and Labor Day dress shorts, sandals, collared shirt, plain or non-graphic tee shirts and a comparable standard for women may be worn in the bar and on the patio. Swim trunks, cut-off jeans, halter tops and flip flops are expressly forbidden.
The Club staff is required to enforce the Dress Code in all areas of the Clubhouse. Any person not in compliance with the Dress Code may be asked to leave the Clubhouse. Please help keep The Arid Club one of Idaho’s most distinctive and distinguished clubs by dressing appropriately and being respectful of our fellow Members and our guests.

From the South and Boise Airport (BOI)
- Head west on W Airport Way toward W Rickenbacker St.
- Continue straight onto W Rickenbacker St
- Turn right onto Luke St
- Turn right onto W Wright St
- Turn left onto S Vista Ave
- Vista Ave turns left and becomes S Capitol Blvd
- Turn left onto W River St
- Turn left onto S 11th St and enter the business parking lot
- Take another right into the parking lot and The Club will be on your left.
From the West and Meridian
- Take I-84 E
- Take the I-184 E to US-20 E/US-26 E exit
- Take the River St exit toward Bogus Basin
- Continue onto W River St
- Turn right onto S 11th St and enter the business parking lot
- Take another right into the parking lot and The Club will be on your left.
From the North and Eagle
- Take E State St towards Boise
- Turn right onto N 27th St
- Continue onto Shoreline Dr
- Shoreline Dr turns slightly left and becomes S Pioneer St
- Turn right at Pioneer Pathway
- Drive into the business parking lot
- The Club will be on your right
From the East
- Take E Parkcenter Blvd towards Boise
- Continue onto E Front St
- Turn left on S. 11th St
- Continue across River St and into the business parking lot and take a right
- The Club will be on your left
The Arid Club is located at 1137 W River St, Boise, ID 83702. You may park within the gates when visiting the club. If you find our lot is full, parking is available in the main parking lot right outside of the gates.
